Black Panther 2 Confirmed by Marvel’s Kevin Feige.

Wakanda Forever!

This seems to be the consensus at Marvel, as after only a month of being in cinema, a Black Panther sequel has already been confirmed. So this means Thanos will bow down to King T’Challa in the upcoming  Avengers: Infinity War . We can’t say the same for Iron Man, Thor or Captain America,  these heroes may see their end in the Marvel cinematic universe.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Feige said there are story plans in motion for the sequel. While saying he had “nothing specific to reveal”, he added: “We absolutely will do [a sequel]. One of the favorite pastimes at Marvel Studios is sitting around on a Part One and talking and dreaming about what we would do in a Part Two. There have been plenty of those conversations as we were putting together the first Black Panther. We have ideas and a pretty solid direction on where we want to head with the second one.”

It isn’t a surprise that studio executives has saw fit to commission another Black Panther film, it’s currently killing at the box office and has grossed over $1 billion worldwide in a month.

If you are still craving more of Danai Gurira’s Okoye and Letitia Wright’s Shuri, make sure to get  a ticket for Infinity War.  Trailers have shown a huge Wakandan battle will take place.
